Thank you for choosing a piece from www.haroldjdumasart.com. Every painting leaves my studio with care, and I want you to feel that same care from the moment it arrives in your hands.
If Your Painting Arrives Damaged
Should a piece be harmed in transit, please photograph the package and the artwork and reach out to me right away. I will cover the cost of returning any painting damaged during shipping.
If You Need to Return a Painting
If the piece doesn’t feel right in your space, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. The artwork must come back in its original condition and packaging, fully insured for its value. I cannot refund paintings that are damaged during the return journey.
Return Costs & Fees
Return shipping and insurance are your responsibility and are non‑refundable. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover handling and processing.
Refund Process
Once the painting returns to my studio, I’ll inspect it and let you know it has arrived safely. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing time varies depending on your card issuer.

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
